Christmas Eve

Ava took her first tentative steps on Christmas Eve with the whole family cheering her.

Sadie was Mary, Joseph was Joshua, Julia was the donkey and Charlotte was the littlest Angel!

We celebrated Christmas Eve with pizza at Mountain Mikes, courtesy of Rory. This might become a tradition we enjoyed it so much. We had appetizers at Jon and Jan's house. Above is a view of their candy houses.

Christmas 2013 comes to our living room. Every ornament or piece has a story! After decorating for 61 years, we have some memories stored in our Christmas decorations.

Thanksgiving 2013

We had 24 around the table on Thanksgiving Day at Jon and Jan's house. We started with appetizers at noon and finished with dessert about 7:00 PM! It was a good day!

Ava's first Birthday Party!

Jessica threw a birthday party for their little "deer" last week. (November 9, 2013). All the kids got antlers to wear and we feasted on the wonderful cupcakes, cake, candy and cookies that were on the table to tempt us. Ava could have really cared less but the rest of us had a great time eating and visiting!

Fall Pictures

Justin, Anna, and Luke came over to Trick or Treat on Halloween. This is November and we are just getting our fall color. Check out my little wrought iron spider with a pumpkin on his back that graces our front step!

Wedding Day of Janae and Dan Robinaugh

August 16, 2013 was the wedding day for Janae and Dan. We assembled at the Oakland Temple for the ceremony. I didn't get any formal pictures, but Scott, Jon and Jessica took a buzillion shots! The Bay Area looked beautiful from the temple and the day was just perfect. We were treated to a dinner hosted by the groom's family in Santa Clara. It was a long day but worth it.
